The Centre for Research on Workplace Behaviours has been established by the University of Glamorgan to begin to address some of the emerging issues relating to workplace behaviours that are to be found in many of today’s organisations.
The Centre has been established with a view to helping managers and their staff to conduct appropriate research into matters affecting them at work; and to use that research to put in place positive strategies and interventions to create more meaningful, productive, and positive workplaces.
