The 7th International Conference on Workplace Bullying & Harassment will take place in Cardiff, capital of Wales, UK.

In promoting Cardiff, and Wales, to an international audience we have the support of Cardiff & Co, a public private sector partnership company established to promote Cardiff for inward investment, leisure and business tourism, and as a university city, to a national and international audience.

Wales is part of Great Britain, but it has its own language, and has a Celtic history that stretches back to pre-Roman times with lots of castles to visit. Wales has its own Welsh National Opera (one of the world’s premier Opera Companies), the largest single-span glasshouse in the world (at the National Botanic Garden of Wales). Wales has its own celebrities including Catherine Zeta-Jones, Sir Tom Jones and Sir Anthony Hopkins.

Cardiff is a vibrant, cosmopolitan capital and one of the UK’s leading conference and event destinations. It is the city that has it all, a wealth of history, architecture, sport, shopping, museums, bustling bars and restaurants and a castle with over 2,000 years of history within its walls.

Cardiff boasts an array of outstanding venues, from the impressive Millennium Stadium to the inspiring National Museum. Cardiff was ranked as the one of the 13 must see global destinations for 2008 by the influential Frommer’s Guide and was described as the ‘epitome of cool’ by Lonely Planet in 2007.

Cardiff has recently been recognised as in the top 10 destinations for city breaks in the UK (according to the Guardian newspaper ).
